Mango & Palm Collective LLC (“Mango & Palm,” “we,” “us”) is a Miami-based creator-commerce business. This policy explains how we handle personal information through mangopalmcollective.com, our communications, and our internal creator-commerce tools.

Information we collect

We may receive contact details and message content when someone contacts us; basic device, browser, IP address, and usage information generated when the site is visited; and account, shop, product, order, content, performance, and authorization data made available by TikTok Shop or another platform when an authorized user connects that platform to our tools. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a specific authorized purpose.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure our website and internal tools; respond to inquiries; research products; analyze creator and commerce performance; manage content and publishing workflows; maintain records; prevent misuse; comply with law and platform requirements; and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Platform data

Data obtained from TikTok Shop or another connected platform is used only for authorized creator-commerce functions and is handled subject to the applicable platform terms. Access is limited to people and service accounts that need it. We do not use platform data for unrelated advertising or sell it to third parties.

Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose information to hosting, security, analytics, communications, and professional-service providers that support our operations; to a connected platform as required to provide or secure the integration; when required by law; or in connection with a business transaction. Providers may use information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our size and the information involved, including access controls, multi-factor authentication where supported, encrypted network connections, managed secrets, logging, and vulnerability-management practices. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only while needed for the purposes above, contractual or platform obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Connected-platform data is deleted or de-identified after authorization is revoked or the relationship ends, subject to a limited backup and legal-hold period. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless law or platform requirements require a different period.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We will also reasonably assist TikTok Shop, sellers, and other connected platforms with valid access, correction, and deletion requests.

Children

Our business services and internal tools are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

United States processing

We are based in the United States. Our intended production architecture stores application data in the United States where the selected provider supports regional control. Internet traffic and security processing may occur through globally distributed infrastructure. We do not represent that all transient network processing is confined to the United States.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least annually and when our services or data practices materially change. The “last updated” date identifies the current version.
